Technical Success Analyst

What you'll do

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal teams on complex integration issues.
• Lead customer onboarding by presenting detailed integration guides and best practices.
• Document and communicate customer feedback to influence product roadmap decisions.
• Act as the voice of the customer in product and engineering meetings, providing critical insights.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical problems to enhance long-term customer success.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of technical customer-facing experience in high-tech or financial technology services.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, SFTP, SQL, and Datadog.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to execute quickly, provide effective resolutions, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in B2B technology space with understanding of business drivers and growth factors.
• Resourceful problem-solving skills and ability to influence teams across the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to identify key customer stakeholders and build relationships independently.
