Technical Sourcer - Engineering

What you'll do

• Identify and attract high-quality Software Engineering, Product, and Design candidates.
• Build a large pipeline of exceptional technical talent for various roles.
• Engage with potential hires, vet them thoroughly, and manage the hiring process.
• Collaborate with Zip’s leadership to define hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Track recruiting metrics to continuously improve Zip's recruitment processes.
• Represent Zip effectively to top candidates through strong communication skills.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of engineering sourcing experience.
• Proven success in sourcing various Engineering roles including backend, frontend, fullstack, and specialized technical positions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to represent Zip effectively.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a fast-moving startup environment.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience working with ATS platforms; Ashby experience preferred.
