The Technical Solutions Consultant, Crypto joins the team responsible for the technical relationship of Stripe Crypto's largest and most complex users. In this role, you will serve as a primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for strategic crypto-native companies building on products like Bridge and Privy. You will lead complex technical troubleshooting, manage incident responses, and translate developer needs into actionable product feedback. Key responsibilities include developing operational runbooks, creating technical documentation, and conducting regular business reviews. Required skills include experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and blockchain fundamentals such as stablecoins, wallets, and on-chain transaction lifecycles. You must demonstrate proficiency in stakeholder management and technical troubleshooting to help businesses optimize their technical operations and navigate the complexities of crypto and stablecoin rails.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for strategic crypto accounts.
Lead complex technical troubleshooting and incident response while owning communications and remediation until resolution.
Translate customer and developer needs into actionable product feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
Develop and maintain account-specific operational runbooks, escalation paths, and success metrics.
Proactively review account implementations to identify performance, reliability, and compliance improvements.
Deliver regular business and technical reviews, including quarterly reviews and post-mortems, to drive action items.
Create and maintain user-facing technical documentation, sample code, and troubleshooting guides.
Lead cross-functional projects and process improvements to reduce operational friction and improve SLAs.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in enterprise-level, client-facing technical roles like Technical Account Management or Solutions Engineering.
Strong experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks, including the ability to explain integration patterns and troubleshooting to various stakeholders.
Working familiarity with stablecoins and blockchain fundamentals, including chains, wallets, and the on-chain transaction lifecycle.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills and demonstrated experience partnering with engineering teams to resolve production incidents.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and hold technical conversations.
Experience owning complex projects across multiple teams, including managing timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
Hands-on experience implementing crypto, stablecoin, or blockchain systems, including integrating digital assets with traditional financial systems (preferred).
Background in payments, fintech, or cross-border money movement, including how traditional and stablecoin rails interoperate (preferred).
