As a Technical Quality Assurance, Sr Professional I, you will join the team to evaluate software quality across various applications, integrations, and releases. You will collaborate with development, product, and delivery teams to identify defects, validate fixes, and improve overall test coverage for reliable software delivery. Your daily responsibilities include developing test plans, cases, and scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing while executing both manual and automated tests. You will analyze JSON, XML, and RESTful API responses to validate integrations within Agile delivery cycles. The role requires expertise in automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and security testing practices for web applications and APIs. This position focuses on ensuring that software solutions meet specific performance, security, and functional requirements while navigating the complexities of enterprise software systems and integrated technologies.
Develop test plans, cases, and scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Execute manual and automated tests to validate software behavior against documented requirements.
Identify defects, document reproduction steps, and partner with development teams to resolve issues.
Analyze JSON, XML, and RESTful API responses to validate system integrations.
Apply quality assurance processes within Agile delivery cycles including sprint planning and release validation.
Prepare test data and contribute to peer reviews to improve test coverage and readiness.
What we're looking for
Must have 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance testing for enterprise software applications.
Must have 2+ years of experience in automation testing using test automation tools or similar frameworks.
Must have 2+ years of experience in performance testing for web applications, APIs, or integrated systems.
Must have 2+ years of experience working in Agile delivery environments with sprint-based planning and testing.
Must have 4+ years of experience working with JSON, XML, and RESTful API services.
Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Must possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
Experience with CI/CD tools, security testing, SDLC processes, or software testing certifications are preferred.
