What you'll do

  • Oversee global deployments by partnering with regional teams and vendors to ensure standardized implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Implement automated monitoring, audit, and alerting tools to maintain high reliability and rapid response to faults or incidents.
  • Ensure rack-level security systems meet corporate policy, regulatory, and audit requirements through analysis of incident data and system health.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in program or product management for critical infrastructure or physical security systems.
  • Hands-on expertise deploying, configuring, and maintaining rack-level security technologies.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance mandates affecting data center security.
  • CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification required.
  • Extensive vendor management experience including contract negotiation and SLA enforcement.
  • Experience with security analytics platforms and developing automated alerting systems.
  • Superior communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
