Technical Program Manager 5, Engagement Intelligence

What you'll do

• Drive early-stage, high-ambiguity programs for generative AI experiences from initial concept through production.
• Set milestones and manage dependencies to align engineering, applied science, product, and partnership teams.
• Coordinate with external device and platform partners on technical requirements and joint delivery milestones.
• Support content expansion into new formats and modalities beyond traditional video.
• Evaluate and balance technology, cost, and business priorities to make informed project tradeoffs.
• Apply knowledge of the ML project lifecycle to plan realistic paths from prototype to production.
• Establish program rituals including roadmaps, status updates, risk reviews, and launch readiness.
• Author decision documents and alignment artifacts to communicate complex status to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

• 8-10+ years of experience in technical program management or equivalent roles.
• Track record of driving multi-team, ambiguous programs at a senior scope.
• Ability to build alignment and drive decisions across a broad internal and external stakeholder map without formal authority.
• Experience bringing structure to 0-to-1 efforts where architecture, requirements, and partnership models are still being defined.
• Working knowledge of the ML project lifecycle, including online and offline stages, to move capabilities toward production.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to produce clear, decision-ready documents for engineers and senior leadership.
• Experience with generative AI product development (preferred).
• Experience with search, discovery, or conversational/voice product programs, including coordination with external partners (preferred).
