What you'll do

What we're looking for

Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
Preferred majors include engineering management, information systems, finance, analytics, business, or related fields.
Demonstrated ability to operate with independence, autonomy, solid ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Proven track record of data-driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams.
Ability to communicate with impact while building relationships and influencing dependent teams.
Strong interest in technology, specifically through a data-driven lens.
Experience with agile delivery models, including Jira, scrum, or Kanban, is preferred.
Work authorization.
