What you'll do

  • Drives failure analysis to resolve long-term technical issues and improve product design.
  • Provides third-level escalation support for hardware and software stability issues.
  • Initiates and reviews Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to ensure data supports fixes.
  • Supports Alpha and Beta sites by installing, operating, calibrating new designs or tools.
  • Generates system performance reports including MTBF, MTBI, and availability metrics.
  • Organizes on-site training for early learning shipments and new product introductions.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science required.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in RF systems (hardware and firmware).
  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardware issues at component level.
  • Experience with data analysis using MATLAB, Python, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of C/C++ development for embedded firmware design with RTOS.
  • Ability to lead functional teams or projects independently.
  • Skilled in delivering presentations to internal and external customers.
