Technical Principal

What you'll do

• Translate strategic technology priorities into actionable technical plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Provide technical oversight for enterprise-wide initiatives to ensure alignment with architectural standards and business goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to project schedules, technical dependencies, and resource constraints.
• Evaluate proposed technical architectures for scalability, security, and potential impacts on the enterprise.
• Develop data-driven reports and executive dashboards to provide visibility into program health and progress.
• Resolve complex technical issues that span multiple organizational boundaries or technology domains.
• Serve as a senior technical liaison to align cross-functional teams on shared infrastructure and application goals.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• At least five years of work experience in an information technology or engineering environment.
• Skilled at leading or assisting in the resolution of complex production problems.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise technology architecture and engineering principles.
• Strong understanding of large-scale technology program execution, governance, and risk management.
• Ability to synthesize technical information into clear executive-level insights and reports.
• Experience leading or providing technical oversight for complex, enterprise-scale technology initiatives (preferred).
• Expertise in software engineering, infrastructure, cloud technologies, or application modernization (preferred).
