  • Manage project risks, budgets, schedules, and status reporting using EVM and CAM principles.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and integrate AI and emerging technologies into workflows.
  • Ensure full process compliance across all engineering activities within the area of responsibility.

What we're looking for

  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • A Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant supervisory experience, or a Master's degree and 6 years of experience.
  • Experience in proposal development, including crafting executable project plans.
  • Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM) and Cost Account Management (CAM).
  • Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement in engineering processes and tools.
  • Expertise in advanced technologies and emerging technologies like AI within the domain.
  • Recognized as a subject matter expert in your field.
