  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues to meet project deadlines and milestones.
  • Develop and maintain strategic product roadmaps with program team and clients.
  • Deliver transparent communication and validate deliverables for completeness and quality.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience in project management.
  • Active PMI PMP certification required.
  • Experience leading development projects at the FDA.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including SAFe and iterative development.
  • Ability to manage projects with multiple key stakeholders effectively.
  • Self-organized with experience managing multi-system projects cross-functionally.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
