Convert 5-year roadmap into a prioritized 2-year quarterly release plan and maintain an 18-month lookahead.
Ensure predictable quarterly cadence for major enterprise deployments with agile incremental value delivery.
Lead organization in measuring and communicating business value and ROI of releases beyond technical functionality.
Coordinate rollback and contingency plans to preserve business continuity during complex system releases.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in IT Architecture and Development, including strategic technology roadmaps.
Extensive experience with agile project/program management and software product release cycles.
Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional dependencies across various enterprise systems.
Expertise in translating technical releases into measurable business outcomes using OKRs.
Strong stakeholder management skills for high-visibility executive presentations at the VP level.
Experience with CI/CD, configuration management, and enforcing quality standards in release processes.
Certifications such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Release Train Engineer, or Project Management Professional (PMP).
