Technical Enablement Specialist Intern

What you'll do

• Contribute to capacity and performance studies for IBM Z and LinuxONE systems.
• Perform infrastructure design, deployment, and readiness activities for networking and storage environments.
• Create client-ready assets including value propositions, presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and labs.
• Coordinate speaker preparation, event materials, and track engagement metrics for corporate events.
• Provide scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up support for the Z Skills program.
• Build relationships with assigned ISVs to understand their priorities and growth plans.
• Develop and execute joint business success plans aligned with IBM ecosystem objectives.
• Execute joint go-to-market plans with assigned independent software vendors.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
• Candidates should be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Applicants must have the ability to work without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Foundational understanding of operating systems, networking concepts, or databases is required.
• Experience using AI tools for productivity and knowledge of data science/AI skills are preferred.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks, agile development practices, and metrics tracking is preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills with attention to detail are required.
