Technical Curriculum Developer - AI Agents - Remote joins the team to design and build training that teaches customers, partners, and employees how to use, configure, and integrate platform capabilities, specifically focusing on Agentic AI features. The position requires proficiency in Git and Postman to develop content for technical audiences. You will solve the problem of translating complex agent architecture into practical training for developers and implementation consultants.
Design and build hands-on training and lab environments for building, configuring, and deploying custom AI agents.
Build working AI agent demos and reference implementations from scratch to anchor training content and live demonstrations.
Translate complex Agentic AI challenges like tool calling, prompt design, and orchestration into sequenced learning experiences.
Own and maintain advanced technical courses involving Java coding and REST API integration.
Create hands-on lab environments with sample code and sandbox data that mirror real implementation scenarios.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to integrate new features into the curriculum during early development phases.
Identify customer pain points by collaborating with Professional Services, Managed Services, and Customer Support teams.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Instructional Design, or equivalent practical experience.
Hands-on experience building, configuring, and deploying AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or similar SDKs.
Practical understanding of core agent concepts including RAG, tool/function calling, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration.
Ability to read and understand Java code architecture and a strong foundational knowledge of REST APIs.
3+ years building technical training, curriculum, or enablement content for a technical audience.
Experience designing hands-on labs, sandbox exercises, and high-quality instructor-led courses or eLearning.
Proficiency with Git, Postman, or similar API tooling.
Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or comparable tool-integration standards (preferred); familiarity with LMS platforms and AI/authoring tools (preferred).
