What you'll do

  • Define enterprise-level Agentic Commerce strategies and align AI orchestration with digital commerce roadmaps.
  • Architect multi-agent systems integrating predictive models, optimization engines, and decision APIs across commerce platforms.
  • Embed AI into personalization engines, campaign management platforms, and dynamic pricing systems for real-time inference.
  • Establish governance models for autonomous AI systems to ensure responsible AI practices and performance observability.
  • Lead deployment of Agentic AI solutions on cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Mentor consultants in Agentic AI frameworks and contribute to internal commerce AI accelerators and go-to-market offerings.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in digital commerce or marketing technology ecosystems.
  • Strong expertise in Python and SQL with hands-on AI deployment experience.
  • Proficiency with Agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen.
  • Experience embedding AI within commerce platforms and composable architectures.
  • Expertise in prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, and tool invocation standards.
  • Practical knowledge of FastAPI, Databricks, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Proven success leading AI programs from design to enterprise deployment.
