Join Walmart's Site Merchandising Applied AI and Tools team as a Change Management Specialist, responsible for leading the transition from manual workflows to AI-assisted platforms like ACMS/MMUI. Your day-to-day will involve developing comprehensive enablement programs, building analytics frameworks, and ensuring smooth adoption of new tools through training, communication, and feedback systems. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to define launch criteria and track KPIs that measure merchant success, all while fostering an environment of operational excellence and ethical standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience in change management for large-scale migrations, and familiarity with eCommerce technology. Ideal candidates will have a background in program management or related field, along with expertise in user adoption strategies and stakeholder communication frameworks.
Lead change management strategy for transitioning from Tango to ACMS/MMUI.
Develop and execute comprehensive merchant enablement programs, including training and onboarding resources.
Own analytics framework measuring merchant efficiency and AI orchestration success.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define launch readiness criteria and support plans.
Serve as the voice of merchants within the tooling organization, gathering feedback for product improvements.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 4 years of experience in program management or change management, including supervisory experience.
Develop and execute comprehensive merchant enablement programs, training materials, and communication frameworks for large-scale technology migrations.
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to build dashboards, track KPIs, and translate data into actionable insights for ROI demonstration.
Experience leading change management initiatives for platform consolidations or tool transitions in eCommerce or retail technology environments.
Deep empathy for end-user workflows and expertise in user adoption strategies for complex enterprise tools, including content management systems.
