What we're looking for
At least 10-12 years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a supervisory role.

Expertise in object-oriented programming and relational database management systems (RDBMS).
Proven ability to manage solution complexity and lead cross-team activities effectively.
Experience in organizing and running efficient meetings for project coordination.
Demonstrated skill in Agile development processes and continuous improvement strategies.
