  • Conduct 1:1 meetings and team sessions to support employee development and growth.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in Integrity Ops or professional operations environment.
  • 1+ year of operational leadership experience managing complex systems or processes.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and specific fraud-related technologies (RWS, THQ, Sift).
  • Strong data analysis skills with basic SQL knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
