Task Lead and Systems Security Manager

What you'll do

• Manage the integration, testing, operations, and maintenance of systems security.
• Ensure information systems comply with US Government requirements including NIST SP 800-53 and CORA standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to quantify impacts of vulnerabilities and draft corresponding security policies.
• Develop plans of action and milestones for corrective actions following assessment activities.
• Establish programs and policies to maintain consistent high-quality cybersecurity service performance for clients.
• Oversee the management of Risk Management Framework (RMF) across the full lifecycle of system operations.
• Lead teams by removing obstacles and managing consulting resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop business strategies that combine technical, operational, and support functions to drive mission performance.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
• Active DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level III certification (e.g., CISSP, CASP CE, CCNP, CISA) is required.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Proven experience in overseeing the organization and delivery of consulting resources and business processes.
• Experience managing Risk Management Framework and other compliance operations across the full system lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, remove obstacles, and develop strategies for mission performance.
• Experience with cybersecurity services including threat management, incident response, and risk management tools like eMASS or Xacta.
