What you'll do
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure consistency and compliance in Talent Acquisition.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for recruiting workflows across the organization.
Define, track, and analyze key talent acquisition KPIs such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
Implement process automation and technology solutions to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
Lead initiatives to evaluate and optimize AI tools throughout the recruiting process.
What we're looking for
7-10 years of talent acquisition operations or recruiting analytics experience.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes and data management.
Proficiency in Workday Recruiting and HR analytics tools.
Experience with AI tools for candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) applications in HR.
