What you'll do

Provide installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support for information systems applications.
Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware issues related to personal computers and peripheral devices.
Install and upgrade various hardware components including printers, scanners, and VoIP phones.
Resolve system service failures according to program resolution timelines (Critical, Essential, Support).
Conduct back-end device configuration and manage security settings and protocols.
Update incident documentation, CMDB, knowledge articles, and training resources as required.

What we're looking for

US citizenship required.
At least 1 year of related IT experience.
Proficient in desktop computers, servers, VoIP phones, and cabling standards.
Holds CompTIA Security+ CE certification or higher.
Capable of troubleshooting and resolving system service failures efficiently.
Must be able to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
Familiar with ITIL best practices and privileged user access responsibilities.
