What you'll do

  • Maintain and support IT infrastructure including desktops, servers, telephones, and cabling.
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues requiring detailed knowledge of systems and applications.
  • Conduct daily systems checks and datacenter walkthroughs to ensure service quality.
  • Provide IMACD (Install Move Add Change Disposal) support for operational baseline assets.
  • Support incident resolution activities and participate in Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs).
  • Offer situational awareness updates on incident status, analysis, and solutions to leadership.

What we're looking for

  • US citizenship required.
  • At least 1 year of IT systems administration experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills for hardware and software.
  • Ability to perform daily system checks and resolve complex issues independently.
  • Experience with installation, upgrade, repair, and maintenance of customer equipment.
  • Collaborative approach with internal teams and external customers for problem resolution.
