What you'll do

Lead daily operations and ensure regulatory readiness of enterprise messaging platforms.
Implement and maintain compliance controls across regulated communication channels.
Serve as senior lead during audits, examinations, and platform incidents.
Drive operational efficiency through automation and workflow optimization.
Oversee system reliability, including incident response and lifecycle management.
Manage and develop managers and technologists in operations and production support.
Lead modernization initiatives with strong change control and testing discipline.

What we're looking for

At least 7 years of Systems Engineering and Technology Architecture experience or equivalent
Over 5 years of operational ownership of high-availability production systems, including incident response and disaster recovery
More than 3 years of experience partnering with Risk, Compliance, Legal, or Audit functions for regulatory controls
Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into standardized operational processes
Experience operating regulated messaging platforms like email or instant messaging
Demonstrated success in leading platform modernization initiatives in regulated environments
