What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
  • 5+ years of leadership in engineering teams with hiring and coaching responsibilities.
  • Expertise in operating cloud-based platforms using AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar providers.
  • Strong knowledge of modern operational practices including CI/CD, IaC, observability.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale development platforms used by large organizations.
  • Track record managing both operational services and strategic platform initiatives.
  • Proven ability to partner with multiple engineering teams for shared service delivery.
