Drive modern software engineering practices through code reviews and data-driven decision-making.
Provide progress reports and risk analysis to stakeholders and senior leadership regularly.
Identify process improvements and build business cases for stakeholder approval.
What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in cloud-native platform or software development
5+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams in fast-paced environments
Proven track record of building secure, high-performance services
Expertise in modern DevOps practices and automation tools
Strong understanding of financial systems and compliance in regulated environments
Proficiency in cloud-based backend systems (GCP preferred) and micro-service architecture
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on technology-driven solutions
