What you'll do

Manage multi-tenant platform operations, ensuring workload isolation and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain audit readiness for Teradata and Hadoop platforms.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture with hands-on expertise in Teradata and Hadoop platforms
Proven leadership in 24x7 production support environments, applying Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles
Strong background in automation, AIOps, and operational transformation initiatives
Experience managing multi-tenant data platforms and ensuring workload isolation and stability
Expertise in observability, monitoring, and platform telemetry for large-scale distributed systems
Demonstrated ability to operate in high-risk, regulated environments with strong compliance and security governance skills
