What we're looking for
- 7+ years of experience in data operations or legal operations with hands-on automation.
- Proficient in low-code automation tools like Zapier, n8n, and AI platforms such as ChatGPT.
- Experience designing reliable automated workflows and integrating APIs/webhooks.
- Familiarity with relational data models, SQL, and data integration tools (e.g., Airbyte).
- Strong understanding of governance, privacy, security principles for PII and responsible AI use.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to legal and business stakeholders.
