What you'll do

Assess existing projects to identify redundancies, gaps, and opportunities for portfolio consolidation or modernization.
Define AI insertion strategies and implementation roadmaps for software development, testing, and operations.
Establish frameworks and metrics to reduce technical debt and promote scalable engineering patterns.
Lead the technical transition of legacy Statements of Work to new target platforms and architectures.
Provide technical briefings and options analyses to government sponsors and internal leadership.
Track and synthesize cost, schedule, and technical performance metrics across all Task Orders.
Create and maintain all technical Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).

What we're looking for

US Citizenship is required.
Must currently possess a Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
Master's degree is preferred.
8+ years of related experience is required.
3+ years of experience in a fast-paced Agile development environment is required.
Extensive experience in systems engineering and architecture for complex software-development programs is required.
Experience building or creating PowerBI dashboards (preferred).
