In this role, you will own requirements validation and reliability analysis across electromechanical and software systems, ensuring rigorous testing and evidence-based performance. Your day-to-day involves decomposing ambiguous requirements, conducting FMECA, planning predictive reliability analyses, and executing qualification tests to validate system integrity. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Systems, Hardware, Software, Test, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering to deliver complex systems at scale. Ideal candidates have 5-8 years of experience in systems engineering, a strong background in V&V and reliability, and hands-on skills in FMEA/FMECA, predictive modeling, and fault tree analysis. Experience with rugged product design, military robotics platforms, and relevant MIL standards is preferred.
