  • Own risk management and schedule execution for hardware deliverables; escalate issues as needed.
  • Support field deployments and test events to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.

What we're looking for

  • 5-10 years of experience in hardware product development and system integration.
  • Proven track record taking electromechanical systems from prototype to production.
  • Strong technical fluency in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering domains.
  • Deep familiarity with manufacturing processes, DFM/DFA, BOM management.
  • Experience with qualification testing (MIL-STD, DO-160, automotive validation).
  • Hands-on experience on build floors and at test events; not just in meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering or related field.
