What you'll do

Lead hardware product development and integration of Sentry platform from concept to production.

What we're looking for

5-10 years of experience in hardware product development and system integration.
Proven track record taking electromechanical systems from prototype to production.
Strong technical fluency in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering domains.
Deep familiarity with manufacturing processes, DFM/DFA, BOM management.
Experience with qualification testing (MIL-STD, DO-160, automotive validation).
Hands-on experience on build floors and at test events; not just in meetings.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering or related field.
