As a Staff Product Manager for the Surveillance Tower team, you will lead the development and execution of a multi-domain command and control platform, focusing on strategy, technical program management, user workflows, and cross-functional coordination. Your day-to-day responsibilities include defining product vision and roadmap, translating customer feedback into actionable requirements, driving alignment across engineering, UX, deployment, and operations teams, and ensuring intuitive and scalable user experiences in mission-critical environments. You will need extensive experience in product management for large-scale software initiatives, technical fluency with distributed systems and APIs, and the ability to work effectively without direct authority. Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and long-term strategy for a multi-domain command and control platform.
Balance investments across operator workflows, integrations, scalability, analytics, permissions, reliability, and mission capabilities.
Lead cross-functional execution by coordinating front-end engineering, back-end engineering, UX, deployment operations, and program management teams.
Drive user-centric product development by partnering with UXR teams, operators, and mission users to inform product architecture and UI behavior.
Own platform integration strategy by defining scalable APIs, data models, permissions frameworks, and interoperability approaches for third-party platforms.
Establish clear ownership structures and operating rhythms across participating teams to improve visibility into roadmap status and execution health.
