What you'll do

Execute systems engineering activities in Test & Integration, Requirements, MBSE, or Hardware-Systems.
Document, review, and manage system requirements using requirements management tools and MBSE.
Perform hardware/software validation, verification, and performance testing.
Conduct system modeling, simulations, and design analysis.
Design, integrate, and troubleshoot hardware systems.
Participate in design reviews, verification, and validation activities.
Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate requirements analysis, test documentation, and design trade studies.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field.
Master's degree plus 6 months of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Systems Engineering, including Test & Integration, Requirements Analysis, MBSE, or Hardware Systems.
Knowledge of systems design, MBSE modeling, and simulation.
Familiarity with requirements management tools such as DOORS or Cameo.
Experience with defense, aerospace, or mission-critical systems.
Agile experience (preferred).
