What you'll do

Support the development of capacity utilization dashboards for compute resources.
Validate and document current compute resource capacities and performance metrics.
Monitor and project future capacity needs to improve system performance.

What we're looking for

10+ years of IT/DoD configuration management experience
Current/active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI status
Deep knowledge in developing capacity utilization dashboards for various metrics
Certifications: Security +, CASP+, CCNP Security, CISA, SSCP, or other DoD 8140 approved certification
Working knowledge of SolarWinds, Vcenter, NetApp/Everpure, and Splunk
Ability to obtain ITIL 4 Foundation - ITSM Certification within the first 9 months
Experience in managing compute capacity and performance metrics
