What you'll do

Support the development of capacity utilization dashboards for compute resources.
Validate and document current as-is capacity for compute resource areas.
Monitor performance, utilization, and projections to create improvement plans.
Develop and deliver capacity and performance reports as needed.
Interface with Government Capacity Manager and technical stakeholders regularly.

What we're looking for

10+ years of IT/DoD configuration management experience
Current/active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI status
Deep knowledge in developing capacity utilization dashboards for various metrics
Security +, CASP+, CCNP Security, CISA, SSCP or other DoD 8140 approved certification
Working knowledge of SolarWinds, Vcenter, NetApp/Everpure, and Splunk
Ability to obtain ITIL 4 Foundation - ITSM Certification within 9 months
Experience in extracting data from systems managing capacity and performance
