Systems Engineer I, Cloud and Endpoint Security

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and provide engineering support for technology solutions focused on vulnerability remediation.
• Review security alerts within Orca Security and Tenable platforms to identify risks.
• Coordinate with cloud subscription and system owners to remediate vulnerabilities and risky configurations.
• Perform systems analysis to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications.
• Validate, test, and implement new products and services for the organization.
• Resolve escalated incidents from operational teams and perform performance tuning requests.
• Create and maintain design documentation for services, solutions, and interfaces.

What we're looking for

• An Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience should include vulnerability remediation for cloud resources, servers, and workstations.
• Proficiency in Orca Security and Tenable platforms is preferred.
• Skills include systems analysis, technical problem solving, and creating design documentation.
• Technical skills include VMware virtualization, SQL databases, and SharePoint integration.
• Preferred certifications include ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP from INCOSE.
• A Bachelor's degree is a preferred educational qualification.
