What we're looking for

Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related STEM field.
Requires 5 years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
Must possess an active Department of Defense Secret security clearance at the time of hire.
U.S. citizenship is required for access to classified information.
Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and tools like Cameo Systems Modeler is preferred.
Ability to develop and maintain SysML models, including behavioral, structural, and requirements diagrams.
Proficiency in requirements management tools such as DOORS or DOORS Next Generation.
Experience working within DoDAF or similar architecture frameworks for digital engineering initiatives.
