What you'll do

Provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy systems.
Participate in client-prioritized projects as an Oracle Applications Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Test and coordinate testing for new releases of Oracle Applications.
Train users and other team members on application features.
Serve as a reporting resource and represent users at meetings.
Respond to user support requests promptly to meet SLA obligations.
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent work experience
At least 1 year of HCIT consulting and/or support experience
Experience with device management and integration
Ability to build strong client relationships for business objectives
Willingness to travel and work irregular hours as needed
Expertise in Oracle Applications and legacy systems support
Participation in on-call rotations for urgent issues and system outages
