What we're looking for

7 years of relevant work experience in IT infrastructure and application support.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with UiPath, Power Automate, .NET, and Oracle Database.
Proven ability to provide Level 2 production support for high-availability systems.
Expertise in ServiceNow for Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
Understanding of web-based application architectures including RESTful APIs and SOAP services.
Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis and preventive measures implementation.
Experience working within ITIL/ITSM processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
