What you'll do

  • Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including desktops, servers, telephones, and cabling.
  • Conduct daily systems checks and datacenter walkthroughs to ensure service quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system failures according to program resolution timelines.
  • Provide technical support for software re-imaging and hardware replacement.
  • Communicate incident status updates to managers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Update documentation in CMDB, knowledge articles, and training resources regularly.
  • Collaborate on process improvements and best practices for IT service management.

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of related IT experience
  • Understanding of desktop computers, thin clients, servers, VoIP phones, and video conferencing
  • Knowledge of cabling standards, installation, systems administration, testing equipment, and ITIL best practices
  • CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent DoD Information Assurance (IA) certification required
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide user-friendly explanations
  • Customer service orientation with strong communication skills for incident resolution
  • Privileged User access subject to additional monitoring and adherence to security procedures
