What you'll do

Install, maintain, and configure computer software and operating systems for desktop and server environments.
Perform day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client, server, storage, and network devices.
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 identification, diagnosis, and resolution for hardware and software problems.
Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems while implementing performance enhancements.
Integrate new technologies into existing systems and manage the migration of corporate systems.
Assign personnel to projects, direct their activities, and evaluate their work performance.
Provide detailed analysis and status updates to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets.
Ensure long-term system requirements are included in the organization's overall information systems planning.

What we're looking for

Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Must be a US Citizen.
Must have 10+ years of related experience.
Must have 8+ years of related experience, including at least 4 years of specialized experience.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of related specialized experience in lieu of a degree.
Must possess DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II/8140 Computing Environment (CE) Certification.
Must possess IAT II 8570/8140 Baseline Certification Security+ or equivalent.
Must possess MSCA 2016 or Microsoft Azure Administrator certification, and be able to obtain AZ104 within 180 days.
