Systems Administrator, Second Shift

What you'll do

• Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware, servers, and software systems across manufacturing lines.
• Design, configure, and support network infrastructure for reliable low-latency connectivity in production environments.
• Build, harden, and maintain physical and virtual servers to ensure performance, security, and high availability.
• Monitor system, server, and network performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues that impact production throughput.
• Implement security controls, access management, and compliance standards across all systems and infrastructure.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems or Network Administrator in manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in Windows/Linux system administration, including server buildout and virtualization.
• Hands-on expertise configuring and troubleshooting network components like switches, firewalls, and VLANs.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues in production-critical settings.
• Strong understanding of security principles, including access controls and secure network design.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for system status updates and risk management.
