What you'll do

Administer and support enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Tableau, and AWS environments.
Develop and maintain scripts to automate processes and improve system performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across applications, integrations, and infrastructure.
Configure workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet operational and business needs.

Execute system integration efforts involving APIs, cloud services, and enterprise tools.
Work directly with government stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Must possess an active Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 to 4 years of systems administration experience (or equivalent).
Hands-on experience with at least one: Salesforce, AWS, Tableau, or scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications and integrated systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with government customers.
Experience integrating systems using APIs or web services (preferred).
AWS or Salesforce certification (preferred).
