System Software Engineer, Debug Technologies

What you'll do

• Develop operating system features to improve internal debugging and customer crash diagnostics.
• Build and improve low-level tools for silicon and system-level debugging.
• Root-cause real-world failures in collaboration with other engineers.
• Design future system architectures with a focus on failure observability.
• Improve infrastructure to scale the capture, triage, and reporting of customer issues.
• Develop features across all stages from pre-silicon simulation to shipped products.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience working on operating system level features or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of operating systems fundamentals.
• Experience developing or debugging on embedded systems.
• Proficiency in C, C++, or Swift programming.
• Experience working with GenAI.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience/skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (preferred).
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and constraints as a self-starter (preferred).
