Sustaining Product Quality Manager

What you'll do

• Own and drive key quality metrics for all sustaining programs.
• Manage the setup of strategic manufacturing sites with international OEM partners.
• Plan field readiness and lead Early Field Failure Analysis (EFFA) for new product launches.
• Analyze customer experience and factory data to identify emerging quality issues and evaluate corrective actions.
• Lead technical failure analysis investigations to determine root causes and resolve critical quality issues.
• Drive design, process, and reliability test improvements to reduce warranty return rates.
• Develop automated data reporting tools and provide regular product health summaries to executive leadership.
• Ensure operational technical readiness for contract manufacturers during all phases of the production cycle.

What we're looking for

• BS in Mechanical, Industrial, Systems Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, field quality, and/or development of new products.
• MS in Mechanical, Industrial, Systems Engineering or equivalent (preferred).
• Technical systems knowledge related to electronics and mechanical assembly (preferred).
• Broad software knowledge regarding OS and testing (preferred).
• Knowledgeable in data analysis and interpretation; Tableau and JMP scripting knowledge is preferred.
• Proven experience in Quality Engineering, Reliability, and Failure Analysis (preferred).
• Experience partnering with international contract manufacturers and traveling to manufacturing sites (preferred).
