Product Quality Manager

What you'll do

• Develop measurement technologies, control strategies, and manufacturing methods to achieve high specifications at mass production scale.
• Implement cutting-edge inspection tools to evaluate cosmetic and dimensional part characteristics.
• Analyze data to establish appropriate limits and variables for process and part specifications.
• Coordinate all Mechanical Quality Engineering functions as a project manager at supplier locations.
• Establish audit procedures and drive corrective actions with internal and external partners.
• Manage operational metrics including yield and UPH to ensure complete ramp readiness.
• Drive process development, documentation, optimization, and validation for production equipment.
• Communicate technical health and quality performance of programs to cross-functional and executive audiences.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of industry experience in New Product Introduction, Design Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, or Quality.
• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, or Industrial Engineering.
• MS/MBA in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent (preferred).
• Proficiency with 2D drawing, GD&T, alignments, and 3D CAD modeling (preferred).
• Experience in 3D measurement metrology and developing fixture designs and tooling qualifications (preferred).
• Ability to use data forensics to solve complex manufacturing assembly quality issues (preferred).
• Exceptional ability to build relationships with functional engineering teams (preferred).
• Outstanding communication skills (preferred).
