What you'll do

  • Define and evolve go-to-market frameworks for Surface products to drive customer-relevant execution.
  • Translate product priorities into detailed execution plans for the Americas region.
  • Drive readiness and improve GTM processes by incorporating performance insights.
  • Execute end-to-end regional GTM programs, coordinating with internal and external partners.
  • Test and scale new customer ideas and pilots based on high-impact opportunities.
  • Track and analyze performance of launches and GTM programs to optimize outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • Master's Degree and 3+ years of relevant industry experience OR Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Proven track record in go-to-market (GTM), marketing strategy, or business planning roles
  • Extensive experience in integrated digital or product marketing management
  • Strong project/vendor management skills with at least 3 years of experience
  • Ability to drive end-to-end execution of GTM programs and campaigns
