What you'll do

  • Build and execute regional strategy for Oracle’s AI Data Platform to maximize TAM.
  • Own revenue performance, ensuring 3–4x pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing sales managers and Account Executives.
  • Engage C-level stakeholders to lead value workshops and executive briefings.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute integrated pursuits around AI Data Platform.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of sales leadership in cloud/data platform or enterprise software.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent.
  • Deep understanding of AI Data Platform domains including databases/DW/lakehouse, data integration/replication, governance/security, analytics/BI.
  • Demonstrated success in complex enterprise sales and negotiations at C-level.
  • Analytical rigor with proficiency in pipeline analytics, forecasting, and KPI management.
