What you'll do

Lead the development and sustainment of a holistic Support System for maritime products.
Hire and develop a multi-disciplinary team to provide world-class training and support.
Collaborate with customer stakeholders to influence design based on employment methods.
Manage infrastructure requirements for maintenance depots, test sites, and more.
Develop a comprehensive strategy for customer training and train-the-trainer curriculum.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Marine Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in logistics, support, maintenance, and training management roles for maritime systems.
Experience working on maritime craft and understanding the requirements to support robotic systems at sea.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to enable and empower team members effectively.
Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced environments.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret clearance.
