What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
10+ years experience in Aviation, Aerospace, or product development/design
Systems Engineering expertise and understanding of its benefits/limitations
Experience in operational environments with logistics, maintenance roles
Strong bias for action and high ownership in fast-paced environments
Familiarity with high voltage systems/batteries and hybrid powertrains
Eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance in US, UK, or Australia
