Supervisor, Technology & Digital Audit

What you'll do

• Perform risk-based audits on data privacy, cloud infrastructure, network security, and mobile/web applications.
• Develop control matrices and manage multiple concurrent technology audits to ensure they stay on time and within budget.
• Execute cybersecurity audit plans covering vulnerability management, access control, incident response, and data security.
• Translate complex technical issues into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Partner with management to identify risks and strengthen the internal control environment.
• Support financial transformation initiatives by driving process improvements and optimizing financial operations.
• Mentor and coach IT Audit staff while sharing knowledge through training and support.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of audit-related experience in technology audits, cybersecurity, data-driven assessments, or system implementation reviews.
• Experience leading all aspects of audit work and communicating with stakeholders is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CEH, CIPT, CDPSE, or other relevant credentials are preferred.
• Proficiency in programming (Python, PowerShell, Go, C, C++, C#, JavaScript), scripting, and data analytics.
• Knowledge of IT processes including security operations, DevOps, Agile, data governance, and privacy regulations like GDPR or CCPA.
• Familiarity with control frameworks such as NIST, COBIT, ITIL, PCI, and ISO.
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
